Description
The Toscana Bianco Albios of Tenuta Il Corno was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Val di Pesa, in the cellar built in the XII century by an ancient Florentine family, of Pistoia origin, the Del Corno.
It is produced with Trebbiano and Malvasia bianca grapes, harvested during the last week of August. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with crystalline green reflections. The nose opens with a fresh and persistent bouquet, with hints of pineapple and apple, enriched with pleasant aromas of yellow flowers. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly balanced and lively.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
