Description
The Toscana Passito Grisoglia comes from the vineyards of the Sette Ponti estate, located in the municipality of Castiglion Fibocchi, in the province of Arezzo.
It is obtained from bunches of Malvasia and Trebbiano which remain to dry in well-ventilated rooms until February 14, Valentine's Day, by the will of Antonio Moretti Cuseri, owner of the estate.
This passito takes on an intense amber yellow color. The nose is dominated by raisins, accompanied by hints of apricot jam and dried figs. In the mouth it is sweet and fresh, well defined, with a bewitching aftertaste of sultanas.
Ideal for meditation, it goes wonderfully with dry sweets and pastries.
