Description

Rocca di Montegrossi Rosato is a wine made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, grown in the Gaiole in Chianti area according to certified organic farming principles; it offers a refined and terroir-driven interpretation of Tuscan rosé, combining freshness, precise aromas, and varietal character.

Vinification takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel, preserving the aromatic integrity and freshness of the fruit; after fermentation, the wine remains in contact with native yeasts for a period of aging in steel at low temperature, gaining greater complexity, balance, and expressive finesse before bottling.

It shows a bright, delicate pink color; on the nose, aromas of fresh wild berries, pomegranate, and gentle floral notes emerge, accompanied by subtle citrus hints; on the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with pleasant sapidity, good structure, and a harmonious, persistent finish.

Ideal pairing with light appetizers, fish dishes, white meats, and summer recipes from Mediterranean cuisine.
