Description
The Rosso 17 Ré di Corbucci Toscana was born in vineyards located in Sant'Andrea a Gavignalla, a hamlet of Gambassi Terme, in the heart of Tuscany.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28 ° C for about 8 days, with a maceration on the skins for 16-18 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 18 months, and for a further 6 months in bottle.
The 17 Ré is characterized by a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with an intense and complex bouquet, with hints of red flowers, enriched with pleasant hints of plum and berries. On the palate it is round and pleasantly warm, with a powerful body.
Perfect to accompany first courses and roasts, it is ideal in combination with game and grilled red meats.
