Description
Aria di Caiarossa is a Tuscan red wine that reflects the balance between power and finesse, born in the hilly vineyards of Riparbella, where biodiversity and biodynamic cultivation guide every choice of the Caiarossa winery. Composed of a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache, it fully expresses the richness and complexity of the terroir.
The grapes, hand-selected, are vinified separately in cement and wood vats, with spontaneous fermentation and gentle macerations. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barriques, in a process aimed at enhancing balance, varietal expressiveness, and territorial character.
On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, aromatic herbs, and licorice. On the palate, it is full and velvety, with a soft tannic texture, good freshness, and a long persistence that closes with elegant and harmonious sensations.
Perfect to accompany red meat dishes, game, or aged cheeses.
