Toscana IGT Rosso D'Amare 2014 Diadema
Description
The Rosso D'Amare di Diadema Tuscany is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Impurneta, in the province of Florence.
It is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine then ages for 14 months in French oak barriques and for another 6 months in bottle before being released on the market.
D'Amare di Diadema has a bewitching ruby red color. The nose opens with fruity aromas reminiscent of black cherry, plum and small berries, accompanied by slight hints of sweet spices. On the palate it shows a decisive character, with velvety tannins and a finish characterized by hints of tobacco.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
