Description
The Toscana Rosso Le Reins of Tenuta degli Dei is born in vineyards located in the heart of Panzano in Chianti.
It is produced 90% with Merlot grapes and 10% with Alicante grapes. After an alcoholic fermentation lasting 8 - 10 days and a fermentation of about 10 - 14 days, the malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques and tonneaux. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 10 months and is left to rest for 6 months in the bottle before being marketed.
It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of red fruits enriched with slight spicy notes of licorice. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity and fruity, with a balanced persistence.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
