Description

The Toscana Rosso Perbruno of the I Giusti & Zanza winery is born in vineyards located on the gentle hills of Fauglia, on the coast of Tuscany. Giusti & Zanza Wines are the perfect expression of the territory, cultivating the vineyards only in organic farming.

It is produced exclusively with Syrah grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in barriques, with maceration on the skins, at a controlled temperature of 27-30 ° C for 22-28 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 12 months and for a further 6 months in bottle.

Perbruno is characterized by an intense purple red color. The nose opens with hints of blackberry, cherry and blueberry, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of black pepper. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, with a good acid structure. The wine has a spicy finish, with soft and velvety tannins.

Perfect to accompany grilled and roasted red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
