Toscana IGT Sangiovese Hacker 2016 Ferro 13
Description
The Toscana Sangiovese Hacker di Ferro 13 was born in vineyards located on the hills of Greve in Chianti, in the province of Florence.
It is mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes and with other red berried grapes, harvested at the end of September. Fermentation takes place separately according to the plot of origin of the grapes in order to express the characteristics of the terroir in the most authentic way. Subsequently the wine continues with the separate maturation, after which the blend is assembled which will remain in steel for 30 days, before being bottled.
The Iron Hacker 13 has an intense red color. The nose opens with aromas reminiscent of violet, enriched with notes of small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and structured.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and stewed meats, it is ideal in combination with grilled meats and cold cuts. Try it with Florentine on a bed of grilled vegetables.
