Description
The Toscana Rosso Cavasonno di Migliarina & Montozzi comes from vineyards located in the hilly area between Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
It is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, rigorously harvested by hand. The grapes ferment in cement tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C, then the wine is aged in steel before bottling.
It is a wine with an intense ruby red color. The nose has pleasant fruity hints, in which cherry notes stand out, and delicate toasted nuances. On the palate it is soft, round, with sensations of cherry jam and toasted memories on the finish.
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, it is particularly recommended in combination with the traditional Florentine steak. Excellent also with savory first courses with meat sauce.
