Description

Tralcetto 0.0% Bianco is a de-alcoholized wine produced in Abruzzo from selected Italian white grapes. Born from the experience of Cantina Zaccagnini, active since 1978 in the village of Bolognano, this wine reflects the innovative spirit of the company, with particular attention to sustainability and quality. It presents itself as a contemporary choice for those who wish to enjoy a glass of white wine in a light and uncompromising way.

De-alcoholization takes place through advanced vacuum evaporation technology that allows the alcohol to be removed while keeping the natural aromas intact. The process is divided into two stages: first, the volatile aromas are collected, then the ethanol is removed, and finally, the aromas are reintegrated into the de-alcoholized wine. This method guarantees a final product with an alcohol content of 0.0%, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the original wine.

In appearance, it is straw yellow with bright reflections. On the nose, it offers a fragrant aromatic profile with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and floral nuances. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, balance, and lively finish, making it pleasantly eccentric and suitable for various consumption occasions.

Ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to light and fresh dishes.
