Description

The Trentino Cabernet Sauvignon Portraits of La Vis is born in vineyards located in the hilly areas of Sorni and Pressano, in the heart of Trentino.

It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested only by hand in the second decade of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 12 months before being bottled.

The Ritratti is characterized by a dense ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of dark fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate. On the palate it is pleasant, with soft and enveloping tannins.

Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with stewed meats and aged cheeses.
