Trentino DOC Castel Firmian Nosiola 2017 Mezzacorona

The Trentino Nosolia of the Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona collection originates in vineyards located at the foot of the Dolomites, in the heart of the Trentino DOC.

It is produced with pure Nosiola grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place traditionally in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, before being bottled.

The Nosiola Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fragrant and fruity bouquet, accompanied by delicate notes of chamomile and acacia flowers. On the palate it is dry and elegant, with a delicate acidity.

Excellent as an aperitif, this white wine goes very well with appetizers, fish and white meats.
