Description
The Pinot Grigio of Villa Vescovile was born in the vineyards of the Trentino company, located just north of Trento.
The wine is produced 100% with Pinot Grigio grapes, coming from selected vineyards. The must, obtained after two hours of cryomaceration and by soft pressing, is left to ferment at 20 ° C. for about 12 days. Bottling, sterile and cold, takes place after microfiltration.
The Pinot Grigio of Villa Vescovile is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose shows a delicate aroma of sweet fruit amiably accompanied by toasted almond notes. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and pleasantly soft.
Ideal to accompany fish dishes, also perfect in combination with white meats.
