Trentino DOC Sauvignon Vigna Valtini 2013 Cembra

The Trentino Sauvignon Vigna Valtini di Cembra was born in the Valtini vineyard of the same name, located in Palù di Giovo, in the classic area of the Cembra valley, in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, harvested only by hand during the third decade of September. After a soft pressing of the grapes and a static decantation of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 6-8 months before being bottled.

Sauvignon Vigna Valtini is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a large bouquet, with aromas of elderberry flowers, enriched with pleasant notes of nettle. On the palate it is fine, elegant and pleasantly fresh.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with vegetables.
