Description

The Trentino Superiore Marzemino Maso Romani di Cavit was born in vineyards located in the Trentino municipality of Volano, in Vallagarina. The products of the Maso line represent the excellence of Cavit production: real "crus" linked to a well-defined territory, particularly suited to the production of specific vines.

It is produced with pure Marzemino grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the wine ages for a long time in steel before being bottled.

The Trentino Superiore Marzemino Maso Romani di Cavit is characterized by a not too deep dark ruby red color, with violet hues. The nose opens with a fine bouquet, with hints of violet and red fruits. On the palate it is balanced and well structured, with a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany tasty first courses and mushrooms, it is ideal in combination with all white meat dishes.
