Trentino DOC Chardonnay Ritratti Del Diaol 2014 La Vis

The Trentino Chardonnay Portraits of the Diaol di La Vis was born in vineyards located in Mas del Diaol, an extraordinary eighteenth-century building, surrounded by magical vineyards located in the hilly areas of Sornio and Pressano, in the heart of Trentino.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand during the third decade of September. After pressing and static decanting of the must, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees in the same containers before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with green-gold reflections. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of yellow fruit, with hints of pineapple and orange peel, enriched with pleasant aromatic notes of vanilla. On the palate it shows all the typical characteristics of Chardonnay, with a long and tasty finish.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and seafood.
