Trento DOC Brut Cuvée dell'Abate Riserva 2007 Abate Nero

The Trento Brut Cuvèe dell'Abate Riserva di Abate Nero is born in vineyards located at high altitude, in the hilly areas of Trentino. This sparkling wine represents the Cru of the Trentino company and is recognized as one of the most loved Trento Docs in the world.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place, according to the principles of the Classic Method, with refermentation in the bottle and subsequent permanence on the lees for 80 months. This is to give an invaluable quality to one of the most prestigious sparkling wines of Italian winemaking.

The Cuvèe dell'Abate Riserva by Abate Nero is characterized by a bright straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and by a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with graceful notes of linden and hawthorn, enriched with hints of dried fruit and honey. It is intense and persistent on the palate, accompanied by an aromatic set of ripe fruit, bread crust, citrus fruits and vanilla.

This bubbles elegantly accompanies important and very tasty dishes from both land and sea. Also excellent for formal aperitifs and for special occasions.
