Description

The Trento Brut Domini Nero Millesimato di Abate Nero was born in vineyards located at high altitude in the hilly areas of Trentino.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, as required by the great French tradition, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place with re-fermentation in the bottle, then remaining on the lees for at least 60 months.

The Domini Nero di Abate Nero is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of white peach and small red fruits, enriched with mineral notes and mountain grass. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with good harmony, with a fruity and persistent aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany risotto and grilled fish, this sparkling wine is ideal with cheese and salami.
