Description

The Inkino Rosé Nature of the Mas dei Chini company is a Trentodoc Metodo Classico made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

The Pinot Noir grapes are grown on the traditional Trentino pergola at 400 meters above sea level with a south / west exposure. After manual harvesting in the first days of September, the grapes are fermented at low temperatures in steel and, after the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages on its lees for at least 40 months.

Light and bright pink in colour, it has a fine and persistent perlage that reveals delicate hints of red fruits, citrus, sweet almond and hazelnut to the nose. On the palate it has an excellent structure with perfect balance of the fruity part for a fresh and enveloping sip that closes with a return of fruity and floral notes.

Excellent with cheese based aperitifs, it goes well with vegetarian lasagna and white meats.
