Description
The Pasenburg method of Wallenburg was born in the vineyards of the Trentino company, located on the Martignano hill.
This sparkling wine comes from the assembly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the first half of September. Following the tradition of the Classic Method, after a soft pressing of the grapes and the subsequent fermentation of the must in steel vats, the product refines and referments on the lees for at least 48 months. The disgorgement follows with the addition of the liqueur d'expedition, sugar-free.
The Pasenburg method of Wallenburg has a deep straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The prolonged period on the lees immediately brings to the nose the typical fragrant fragrance of bread crust, with floral notes and white-fleshed fruit that emerge after a few seconds. In the mouth it shows excellent acidity and good persistence of the bubbles.
Excellent with light fish appetizers, it is perfect for an aperitif.
