Description

The Val di Neto Bianco Grisara di Ceraudo is located within the organically managed vineyards of the company, in the heart of Ionian Calabria, a few steps from the sea.

It is a wine made from 100% Gaglioppo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The vinification takes place traditional in steel, with refinement of a few months in its own containers before the subsequent bottling.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. It is fragrant and slightly brackish on the nose, accompanied by elegant floral notes, hay and green apple. In tasting it is fresh and savory, with a pleasant softness and persistence.

Ideal white to serve with seafood risotto, it is perfect in the company of blue cheeses and stewed fish.
