Description
Prosecco Superiore San Boldo takes its name from the pass of the same name from which fresh streams come, which reaching the hillside vineyards slow down their maturation.
Obtained from Glera grapes only, it derives from a white vinification with soft pressing. Second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks according to the dictates of the Charmat Method.
It is characterized by a straw and bright straw yellow color, with a lively, fine and persistent perlage. The aroma of this bubble is delicate and elegant, reminiscent of the Golden apple and wildflowers. In the mouth it is dry and intense, with a beautiful freshness.
Ideal in the company of any fish dish.
