Description
The 900 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry comes from vineyards located in the historic hilly areas of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method, with aging on its own yeasts.
The 900 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fresh and delicate fragrances of white fruits. On the palate it is full and fruity, with evident hints of apple.
Versatile in combinations, it goes very well with shellfish, fresh cheeses and all vegetarian dishes.
