Description
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Colmei of the Desiderio Jeio di Bisol line is born in vineyards located north of the province of Treviso, close to the pre-Alpine mountains. The Venetian dialectal term "colmei" indicates the tops of the best vineyard hills.
It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, with selected yeasts.
The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Colmei is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a very fine and lively perlage. The nose opens with a harmonious and elegant perfume, with evident hints of yellow fruit. On the palate it is balanced and fruity, recalling the sensations perceived by the nose.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany light dishes and rice salads.
