Description

Valdo Cuvée 1926 is a tribute to the winemaking tradition of Valdobbiadene and the long history of the Bolla family, which since 1926 has dedicated passion and research to the production of excellent sparkling wines. Obtained from selected Glera grapes from the best wine-growing areas, it represents the authentic expression of the terroir, with careful production both in the vineyard and in the winery.

The winemaking process involves a short maceration on the skins in a closed press, followed by a soft pressing to extract only the free-run juice. The sparkling process is carried out using the Martinotti-Charmat method at controlled temperature, with aging on the lees in autoclave for five months, giving the wine elegance and complexity.

With a full straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage, it offers a delicate and fresh bouquet on the nose, with floral and fruity notes of pear, wild apple, and yellow peach. The palate is soft, round, and balanced, with a moderate body and a slight residual sweetness that concludes with a pleasant salinity.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with finger food, rich first courses, and fresh fruit such as peaches in Prosecco.
