Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry DOCG Sorelle Bronca

A sparkling wine that is a guarantee for many, the Sorelle Bronca winery gives its best with this Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry, which comes from a blend where the Glera stands out and, to a lesser extent, Bianchetta and Perera, in the Col San Martino area -Colbertaldo-Farrò and from a manual harvest in boxes, in the second ten days of September. After pressing the whole grape, the fermentation takes place in steel and the consequent pause on the lees for at least 4 months. Its second fermentation takes place according to the Martinotti method, thanks to a second fermentation of the wine in large pressurized tanks.

Its colour is straw yellow with reflections that tend to greenish, a very persistent foam and a fine and elegant perlage. The nose is complex and lively, with a bouquet characterized by the highly recognizable presence of hints of white fruit and acacia and wisteria flowers. The sip is balanced and harmonious, in perfect harmony between the depth and the aromatic complexity.

Excellent as an aperitif in combination with savoury delicacies, it is the perfect sparkling wine for festive occasions, paired with traditional sweets and seasonal fruit salads.
