Description

Prosecco Superiore Prestige 1821 comes from the Zonin vineyards, located within one of the most famous wine regions in the world, the DOC Prosecco.

Obtained exclusively from pure Glera grapes, this sparkling wine faithfully follows the method of sparkling wine Charmat or Martinotti, carrying out the re-fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperatures where the second fermentation takes place, to maintain the pressure of about 5 atmospheres.

The Prestige 1821 has a light and bright straw yellow color, well supported by a very subtle and fine perlage. The nose is pleasantly intense and aromatic, with notes of Renetta apple, very delicate floral sensations and a honey aroma in the finish. In the mouth a captivating acidic vein dominates the scene, accompanied by notes of almond, typical of Glera grapes.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it goes very well with delicate appetizers but also with various desserts.
