Description

The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry of the Desiderio Jeio di Bisol line comes from vineyards located in the hamlets of Saccol, S. Pietro di Barbozza and S. Stefano, within the prestigious Cartizze hill.

It is made entirely from Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method, with aging on its own yeasts.

The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry Desiderio Jeio di Bisol is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose opens with elegant aromas of white flowers, enriched with fruity hints of apple and freshly squeezed must. In the mouth it proves lively and soft, with pleasant floral hints that remain on the palate.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is also perfect to be eaten between meals.
