Description
This sparkling wine derives from an elegant blend of Chardonnay grapes from the Valle de Casablanca, with soils composed of clay and sand, and Moscatel grapes from the Valle del Itata, characterized by a strong presence of red clay mixed with granite.
During the entire vinification process, maximum protection from oxygen is guaranteed, with the grapes being pressed upon arrival in the cellar, then immediately sent to fermentation in steel which takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-17 ° C. Subsequently the wine is transferred to an autoclave where it undergoes sparkling wine production with the Charmat method.
It presents itself at the sight of a pale straw yellow color with greenish hues, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, accompanied by elegant floral aromas. The sip, lively and fresh, ends in a long-lasting finish.
Recommended as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood, salads and a plate of fresh cheeses.
