Description

A pure Cabernet Sauvignon, the result of careful selection of the grapes and equally studied wine maturation, directly from the vineyards of the Guadalupe Valley, in a sandy and clayey soil, which gives excellent minerality to the wine. The grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, while aging in French oak barrels for a year.

Its ruby red color shines in the glass, with purple hues. The nose is inebriated by hints of forest fruit, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries and senses a decidedly aromatic finish. On the palate it is confirmed as a champion of balance and structure, and gives a large and sumptuous sip.

It goes very well with all red meats, especially if medium-cooked. Excellent with stews, polenta, stews and medium-aged cheeses.
