Description
The Valpolicella Classico of Corte Bravi originates in vineyards located in the locality of Gargagnago, in the province of Verona.
Born from a blend of Corvinone, Corvina and Rondinella grapes. After pressing, spontaneous fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in thermo-regulated steel tanks, followed by ageing in steel for about 12 months. Ageing continues in bottle, where the wine remains at least 5 months before being marketed.
The colour is ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose there are aromas of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. The sip is crunchy and savoury, with a lean and pleasant drink.
Suggested as an accompaniment to cold cuts and cheeses appetizers, first courses with simple sauces and tasty fish such as cod.
