Description

Valpolicella Classico Superiore di Bottega is born in vineyards located in the heart of Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.

It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, harvested and selected by hand. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place for 8-10 days at controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for about 12-18 months in oak barrels.

Bottega's Valpolicella Classico Superiore is characterized by a deep ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of red berry fruit and bitter almond. In the mouth it shows a full-bodied, velvety and harmonious wine.

Perfect to accompany meat-based first courses, roasted red meat and hard cheeses.
