Description
The Valpolicella Ripasso della Collina dei Ciliegi comes from vineyards located in Erbin, in the Veronese municipality of Grezzana.
It is produced with Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. After a first fermentation of 10 days at a temperature of 22-28 ° C, a second fermentation follows on the pomace of Amarone and Recioto. Subsequently the wine ages for 9 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
This Valpolicella Ripasso is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of plum, morello cherry and berries, enriched with pleasant notes of cinnamon and licorice. In the mouth it is dry and soft, with elegant and balanced tannins.
Perfect to accompany rich appetizers, it is ideal in combination with roasts and grilled meats,
