Description
Rosso del Bepi by Giuseppe Quintarelli comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Negrar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella.
It is produced 55% with Corvina grapes, 30% with Rondinella grapes and 15% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After about 20 days of maceration, the grapes ferment very slowly for about 45 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 7 years, giving the wine an extraordinary structure.
It is characterized by an intense ruby color. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet, with hints of red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, with silky tannins, characteristic of the area of origin of Valpolicella.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
