Description

Arbris Blanc from Borgo San Daniele winery has its particularity in the vineyards of origin. It is produced in the Cormons area, in the province of Gorizia, starting from completely grassed vineyards. We are in the Friuli Collio, land of fresh and savory wines, with great finesse.

It wants to be a mirror alternative to single varieties, presenting itself in its blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Friulano. They come from vines planted on mineral soil, located in the precise town of San Leonardo. The grapes are harvested individually according to the variety and, in the same way, are vinified separately until the fermentation phase.

It shows a straw yellow color. The bouquet is reminiscent of wildflowers and aromatic herbs, marked by a distinctive mineral vein. The sip is firm and full, soft and balanced with a marked freshness and flavor.

Excellent if paired with a plate of nettle gnocchi
