Delle Venezie IGT Ribolla Gialla 2015 Rosa Bosco

The Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla comes from the grapes of the Rosazzo vineyards in Friuli Venezia Giulia, thanks to the experience and passion of the producer Rosa Bosco.

Produced with Ribolla Gialla grapes, a well-known white grape variety spread in Friuli Venezia Giulia, following the mid-September harvest, it is left to macerate for several hours, and the fermentation process starts at controlled temperature. Part of the wine is left to age in French oak barrels, while the rest is transferred to steel containers. After aging, this wine of great freshness comes to life from the union between the two sides. Characterized by a deep yellow color, with golden reflections, it has delicate and floral hints, with slightly spicy accents that bring back vanilla. On the palate it is balanced, with an excellent degree of acidity, and a pleasant fresh and mineral aftertaste.

Ideal to serve as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to appetizers with cheese and vegetables, it is also excellent in combination with vegetarian dishes, soups, and fish dishes. Perfect with tasty cheeses.
