Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOROVERDE by Fulvia Tombolini comes from vineyards located in the heart of the DOC Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico.

Produced exclusively with Verdicchio grapes, harvested and selected by hand between the third ten days of September and the first ten days of October, this wine carries out the classic white winemaking process, resting for a few months in steel before being bottled.

Fulvia Tombolini's DOROVERDE is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of white flowers, enriched with notes of citrus and exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with a savory and pleasantly persistent finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with raw fish, risotto, fried food and white meats.
