Verdicchio di Matelica DOC Vardì 2015 Fontezoppa

Vardì was born in the vineyards of Cantine Fontezoppa, located in the heart of the splendid DOC Verdicchio di Matelica.

This wine is produced entirely with Verdicchio grapes, selected and harvested by hand. Vinification and maturation are carried out at controlled temperatures in steel tanks, where the product stabilizes its characteristics.

Vardì has a straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections. The nose offers a satisfying aromatic freshness, with floral notes of broom and jasmine that blend well with hints of peach and pistachio. In the mouth a pleasant balance dominates between the fruity and floral notes that blend with a savory and mineral vein, for a fresh and elegant wine with a very engaging finish.

To try absolutely with spaghetti with seafood or fish dishes not too elaborate.
