Vermentino di Sardegna DOC 6 Mura 2015 Giba

Vermentino di Sardegna 6 Mura di Giba comes from the area of Se Murasa, in Sulcis, in the heart of south-western Sardinia.

It is obtained exclusively from the Vermentino variety, which is harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place exclusively in steel tanks, after which the wine remains on the noble lees for 6 months.

This Vermentino has an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose has an elegant and fine bouquet, with hints of white flowers and citrus. In the mouth it is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant undertone of hazelnut.

To be tasted together with fish, vegetables and white meat dishes, it gives its best in the company of seafood risotto.
