Description

Vermentino di Sardegna Billia is produced with pure Vermentino grapes that grow at 200 meters above sea level in the Usini area.

The harvest is carried out in the second ten days of September to deliver grapes in perfect health to the winery. Once in the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed and then subjected to soft pressing. The fermentation of the must obtained is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17/18 ° C and with selected indigenous yeasts.

Straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, it has hints of apple and flowers for a complex and very elegant olfactory sensation. Freshness and flavor on the palate, it shows great balance with fruity notes and the right minerality for a medium-long finish.

To be combined with seafood appetizers and first courses with fish sauces, it is also ideal as an aperitif and goes well with soups.
