Vermentino di Toscana IGT Elianto 2015 Castelli del Grevepesa

The Vermentino di Toscana Elianto from the Castelli del Grevepesa winery was born in vineyards located in Bibbione in the municipality of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the fantastic scenery of the Bibbione Castle of the Marquis Rangoni Machiavelli.

It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, selected and harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently, the wine ages in the bottle for at least a month before being placed on the market.

Vermentino di Toscana Elianto is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a light but intense bouquet of white flowers, enriched with pleasant fruity notes of white peach. On the palate it is lively, pleasantly mineral and offers refined final notes of almond.

Perfect to combine with risotto with seafood, it is ideal to accompany vegetable sushi and grilled fish.
