Vino Spumante di Uve Vernaccia Cusona Brut Guicciardini Strozzi

The Sparkling wine of Vernaccia di San Gimignano Cusona Brut of Tenute Guicciardini Strozzi, created by Principe Strozzi in the 80s, is born in vineyards cultivated on the gentle Tuscan hills.

It is produced exclusively with Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes, carefully selected and harvested in advance to enhance their freshness. The second fermentation takes place according to the long Charmat method, which requires that the wine remains in the autoclave on the lees for a few months.

Cusona Brut is a sparkling wine with a bright straw yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a delicately fruity perfume, enriched with pleasant and fragrant notes of yeasts. In the mouth it is fresh and harmonious, with a characteristic almond finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany fresh and delicate appetizers, it is ideal in combination with light first courses based on fish and vegetables.
