Description

The Vernaccia Lunario di Tollena was born on the hills around San Gimignano. The Tollena Estate is housed in a historic 19th century residence and manages 16 hectares of vineyards, to which are added hectares of olive groves, arable land and woods.

The grapes are softly pressed. The must thus obtained is statically decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.

Pale straw in color, it opens to the nose with hints of white flowers and apple. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a pleasant finish.

It goes well with delicate appetizers, both seafood and vegetables and fresh cheeses.
