Fresco di Masi is a Verona Rosso born from a blend of Corvina and Merlot, expressing a renewed vision of sustainability. Crafted by subtraction, minimizing human intervention in nature, using only wild yeasts, unfiltered, with no oak aging, and boasting a naturally low alcohol content (without dealcoholization).

Made from grapes harvested in the coolest hours and immediately vinified, Fresco di Masi Rosso features pronounced freshness and delightful notes of fresh fruit: from pomegranate to currant, with the unmistakable cherry note that reveals its Veronese origin.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with simple Mediterranean dishes, such as light pastas, vegetarian recipes, and platters of cured meats and cheeses.
