Description

This rosé wine from Can Axartell, produced in the Terra Mallorca area, is made from a blend of Manto Negro, Pinot Noir, Callet, and Merlot grapes. It is distinguished by its pale salmon pink color with rosy hues, clear and brilliant, and is designed to offer a fresh and pleasant experience at any time.

The winemaking process involves manual harvesting of the grapes and fermentation for about two weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. No wood aging is provided, to preserve the fragrance and purity of the primary aromas.

On the nose, there are clear and medium-high intensity aromas, dominated by fresh red fruits such as raspberry and redcurrant, accompanied by delicate white floral notes of orange blossom. On the palate, it is a dry wine, with a lively and refreshing entry, and a well-integrated acidity that provides balance and a long, flavorful finish.

Ideal to pair with dishes based on flavorful fish, cured meats, white meats, as well as vegetarian first courses and appetizers.
