Description
Baron Longo's Chardonnay Kalkgestein is born not far from Egna and Montagna, in the province of Bolzano, in the splendid terroir of South Tyrol.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of about 15 ° C. Aging on the lees is 6 months.
Upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color. The smell is intense and is characterized by notes of exotic fruit. The taste is juicy and creamy, with a nice freshness.
It goes well with shellfish and delicate fish-based dishes.
