Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Schiava 2015 La Vis

The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Schiava di La Vis was born in vineyards located on the terraced plots of the Valle di Cembra, in the province of Trento.

It is produced with 100% Schiava grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand in the last ten days of September. After a short maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 5-6 months in concrete tanks and in small parts in third or fourth passage barriques.

The vineyards of the Dolomiti Schiava di La Vis have a pale ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of fresh red fruit, such as cherry. In the mouth it is soft and fruity, full-bodied and balanced.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and red meats, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and cold cuts.
