Alcohol-free, non-alcoholic beverage obtained through dealcoholization or using non-fermented ingredients.

Description

The Dealcoholized White from Franc Lizér is a still non-alcoholic white wine produced in Friuli-Venezia Giulia using Pinot Grigio grapes. Thanks to a refined dealcoholization technique using selective membrane filtration, it retains the varietal aromas and structure of the wine, offering an elegant and authentic alcohol-free experience.

After harvesting at full ripeness, the wine is fermented for a week, then aged for about six months on fine lees with frequent stirring. A gentle filtration follows to remove the alcohol, and further clarification ensures brightness and clarity before bottling. The complex aromatic profile develops thanks to careful vinification and meticulous processing.

It presents a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet offers hints of Golden apple, grapefruit, white peach, melon, jasmine, and orange blossom, with a touch of aromatic herbs and toasted almond. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, light, and creamy, with a balance between sweetness and acidity, and a persistent and mineral finish.

Excellent with vegetarian or seafood finger foods, delicate appetizers, fish or white meat courses, and desserts based on dried fruit or hazelnuts.
