Description

The Foulard cuvée was born inside the small and very interesting Tenuta Pitzner, located in Caldaro, on the rolling hills of South Tyrol.

This wine is made by blending Pinot Girgio and Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested and selected manually. After a soft pressing at controlled temperature, half the must rests for 8 months on the lees in tonneaux, with frequent batonnage. This is to harmonize the assembly and organoleptic characteristics of the wine.

The scarf is characterized by a straw yellow color, with soft greenish reflections. The nose has a very interesting aromatic mix, with Williams pear notes that blend with those of maracuja and exotic fruit, resting on delicate woody notes. In the mouth it is exalted for minerality and flavor, well guided by excellent freshness and a good body.

Perfect to accompany even elaborate white meats and first courses.
